My top 5 must watch short animes.

This list will be in no perticular order and is made acording to my own personal taste, it will not be just one or two genres, it´s gonna be a list of anime which i think are good and worth watching. I will write a short description about all of them so you know what to expect, buth not too much so i don´t spoil it, and i will also rate them from 1 to 10 acording to my opinion. Enjoj.

--Charlotte--

Genre: School, Super power

In Charlotte world, every 75 years a comet passes close by earth, and it´s dust falls down on earth, that dust causes children to develop super powers. The story follows our main character Yuu Otosaka who posseses an ability to possess another person for five seconds, buth along the way it would turn out that possessing people isnt´t his true power, buth something much greater. The story is good, and character development is there, especialy with our main character Yuu Otosaka. Anime has 13 episodes including the dub version, with 1 special episode.

My personal rating for this anime is 8 of 10.

--Angel Beats--

Genre: Action, Comedy, Drama, Supernatural

Angel Beats is about people who have died with some kind of trauma or hardships during their life. Therefore they are transfered to afterlife which is set as a high school. So for them to be at peace and truly pass on, they will have to overcome their hardships or traumas, which they carry from when they were alive. Main character is Yuzuru Otonashi, a boy who ended up in that world with an amnesia, so he can´t pass on because he doesn´t even know what he holds on to from his life, for now. Everyone tries to pass on buth it seems that a God like person called Angel is stopping them. Therefore Yuzuru Otonashi joins a group called SSS, which sole purpose is to fight Angel who is stopping them from passing on, or is she? This anime has 13 episodes with a dub version too, buth sub version has 15, two more filler episodes so i recommend watching that too. 

My personal rating for this anime is 7 of 10.

--Grand Blue--

Genre: Comedy, Seinen, Slice of Life

Grand Blue is anime about diving, about those who love and admire the sea, sea creatures and everything about it. The story follows main character Iori Kitahara, a boy who starts college and looks forward to everything a college life has to offer. He stays at a room in his uncle´s diving shop called ´Grand Blue´ and is quickly swept into joining the diving club. With more drinking, partying and stripping naked than actual diving. Now this is one of those anime which you probably don´t want to watch with or in front of someone. I personaly love this anime because of the comedy in it, and the comedy is over the top, guaranteed laughs trough the whole anime. This anime has 12 amazing episodes with no dub version.

My personal rating for this anime is 10 of 10.

--Prison School--

Genre: Comedy, Ecchi, Romance, School, Seinen

Prison School is anime about Hatchimitsu Academy, a really strict girls academy in Tokyo, who decided to admit boys in their school. First few boys admitted into the school Kiyoshi with his four friends Takehito, Shingo, Jouji and Reiji are the first male students among 1000 girls. The school is strict so they punish the boys for even the mos tminor infractions. The five boys commit to voyeurism in the school´s bathing area. When they are ´arested´ by the student council, they recieve an ultimatum ˝stay in school´s Prison Block, or be expelled˝. The boys accept buth later during their many punishments they discover that all of them are masochists, enjoying punishments given by their hot and atractive supervisors. This anime too you don´t want to watch with someone, considering the content. It has 12 episodes which are funny like Grand Blue, it has dub version and 1 OVA episode. 

My personal rating for this anime is 8 of 10. 

--Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu--

Parasyte the Maxim

Genre: Action, Drama, Horror, Psychological, Sci-Fi, Seinen

Since this is a little more popular anime than the rest on this list i will keep the description short.

Parasitic aliens invade the earth, burrowing into the brain of the humans, they gain the control of the body, with the ability to transform it into anything, including a weapon. The story follows our main character Shinichi Izumi, a highschool student, who gets atacked by a parasite who fails to take control of Shinichi´s brain instead gets control of Shinichi´s right arm and replaces it. Shinichi then begins his long development as a character, maturing, geting stronger and fighting the parasytes trying to save everyone he cares about. This anime is a bit longer than the rest with 24 episodes including dub version, buth it is totaly worth your time and is so good that it will feel like it has less episodes. 

My personal rating for this anime is 9 of 10.

Since you made it to the end of this post, you are probably interested in some of the anime on this list, well, all of them are a MUST WATCH, in my opinion, i will try to arange them from best to worst ( again, my opinion ) and will tell why for the first two.
